Therapy helps you tap into your inner resource of calm, compassionate and curios energy, so that you can get to know you and all the complicated parts of you that often want contradictory things.
In this process, you will come to understand how you relate both to yourself and others and what you unknowingly re-eneact in your life and in your relationships. This in turn will help you unburden and grieve parts of you that have beliefs that are not true but at one point in time seemed so. Once this happens, you can instill new beliefs - in an organic an authentic way, so that you can pursue your personal and professional goals with hope and enthusiasm.
In time, you will become anchored in a strong sense of self and inner knowing that will allow you to safely navigate all the ups and downs that life offers. You will learn to enjoy the ride with the ones you love and or get off it if you need to.
